12AX7 / ECC83 - Tung-Sol

Tung-Sol is a brand owned by the American New Sensor Corporation and manufactured at the Xpo-Pul - Reflektor factory in Saratov, Russia.   The Tung-Sol 12AX7/ECC83 dual triode preamp tube packs a punch with a gain of 100mu, and a dynamic punchy sound. The filaments in this tube are almost completely encased within the plate structures, and as such they do not "light-up" brightly when working correctly. This tube has ultra low microphonics, outstanding linearity and a dynamic musical 3-D sound. Works well in all preamp applications.

Note: We do not recomend these tubes for the Ibanez TSA30 amplifier.  Due to low heater voltages in this amp, the spiral heater will not work correctly causing tone and reliability issues
