The JJ GZ34S is a modern replacement for all GZ34/5AR4 octal base rectifier applications. The tube is rated for a maximum smoothing capacitance of 60uF. It is equipped with a 5v indirect heater. It is suitable for many hi-fi and guitar tube amplifiers that utilise a tube rectifier.
