Deluxe insulated Bias Probe Jack.  Brass body with nylon UL-approved insulated body and beryllium copper spring contact.  Rated up to 10A / 5700Vrms these jacks are ideal as bias measurement probe point, and can be wired into any amp for this purpose.  Available in red and black.
