Solid State Rectifier

A cost effective octal base solid state rectifier, replacement for any of the following rectifier tubes:  5AR4 / GZ34, 5Y3, 5U4G / 5U4GB, 5R4 / 5V4 / 5Z4

A solid state rectifier will reduce power supply sag, and firm-up your amp's bass response and bottom end.

Note: Replacing any rectifier tube with a solid state rectifier will increase overall plate voltage (B+) by 10-20%.  If your amp's filter caps are older than 20yrs we recommend replacement prior to installing a solid state rectifier.
